After almost two decades in the health and beauty industry, Holly decided to finally build a website to better support her client's homecare routines throughout lockdown, creating a platform that clients could buy the products they required, following an online consultation with their usual therapist. For a busy entrepreneur like Holly Collier, she had put- off creating an online home for her ever- faithful clients, opting for the quality relationships she had worked to forge in person over the years.
Straplines, 'About Us' pages, descriptions, mobile optimisation and more! This is an ongoing project with a very happy client.

An innovative industry leader in haircare decided to create e-courses following a collaborative project with the Royal Exchange Theatre led to fruitful talks about how to transition online during the UK lockdown.
Courses were created for professionals and beginners, wanting to gain a greater understanding of how to manage and maintain healthy afro hair.
From social media planning to website copy, email marketing and blog writing, this ongoing project is what we call an all-rounder. The decision to start or pivot a business during a global crisis is not for the faint-hearted, but with the right team, creativity and the right marketing strategy it is certainly possible.
The work continues with this client, who decided to transition to a retainer contract after our initial project base work was fulfilled.
Transforming bodies and business model during a pandemic
A personal training business that thrives off of face to face interaction had to make a decision to invest in online marketing and a new website in the middle of the pandemic in order to secure the future of the fitness service. This was a project that involved full website copy service, social media scheduling and planning, email marketing and ad campaigns. The result was an engaged audience, over 70% conversion rate of clients to online classes and a resounding sigh of relief from the founder and team at SKPT as they found new ways to deliver the same outstanding service.

CREATING LOVE FOR KINESIOLOGY
School of Integral Health
This project was all about creating something down to earth and informative. I provided a breakdown on how best to use social media, alongside a detailed content plan; helping the team at Integral Health find their ideal clients and get creative when writing posts.
Kinesiology courses run by the school at Integral Health were worth their weight in gold. The issue was that without the right words to tell people what Kinesiology actually was, it was difficult to capture the attention of the right audience.
Having already redesigned their logo, they asked me to create a course description to share all the benefits.
